It's very important of staying healthy because without good health we can hardly do anything. I think we should have healthy habits to stay in good health. First, don't stay up too late. We should have enough sleep. Second, don't smoke or drink too much. Third, wash hands in time and brush our teeth at least twice every day. Besides, we should do sports every day. Such as walking after supper, swimming, playing baskteball and table tennis and so on. What's more, we should eat proper food. We'd better eat enough vegetables and fuit every day. Don't eat junk food. We should drink enough water.
