the task which is ready and willing to talk and give information.

the communicative task is just one kind of the task. More like we talk 'the black horse' and the 'horse'.

the dictation means 'action of giving or taking sth dictated '. I think we can get information from the dictator. but the dictator gets nothing. so i donnot think "dictation" is a kind of the communicative task.
