其实是“be happy to+动词原形”的结构，意思是“高兴;乐于;乐意;很乐意。。。”。
例如：
I'll be happy to do something new.我会很高兴去做一些新的事儿。
I'll be happy to answer any questions if there are any
如果有问题，我很乐意回答。
和“be glad to +动词原形”结构意思相近，意思是“很高兴。。。，乐意。。。”
例如：
I said I should be glad to help.
