摘要：网络这把双刃剑，既给中小学学生的学习生活添加了一份新的视野，又给家长、学校、社会带来了一个新的难题。随着计算机在我国的运用与普及，会使用网络的人越来越多，中小学学生上网也成为了正常现象，但很多没有正确认识网络的学生，沉迷于网络空间不可自拔，这就成为了当下教育事业关注的热点。如何能改变中小学学生中存在的不良网络行为，引导他们合理有效的利用网络，树立正确的人生观、价值观，本文主要采取通过社会、学校、家庭的道德教育建设，多角度的让孩子接受、利用网络的正面优势，真正成为网络的主人，让网络活跃在学生们的生活中，而不是学生沉迷于网络中。

With the computer application and popularization in our country, will use people of the network to be more and more, it becomes the normal phenomenon too that the students of middle and primary schools surfed the Net, but a lot do not have correct students who know the network, be unable to free oneself while indulging in the cyberspace, this has become focus paid close attention to in educational undertaking instantly. How can change the bad network behavior existing in the students of middle and primary schools, guide their use network rational to be effective, establishing the correct outlook on life, values, this text adopts the moral education construction which passes the society, school, family mainly, letting children accept, utilize the positive advantage of the network of many angles, really become the host of the network, let the network be enlivenned in the students' life, but not students indulge in the network.
