  To keep health is very important.How to keep health is a attention problem at present.People always gets ill by mouth,so i think to keep a health diet is the first important thing.If you want to have a good health body you need to eat more vegetables,fruit,bean and some other green food.
  If you have a good health body,you won't easy catch a cold or other illness.So to do more exercise is good for health.You can do some morning exercise,play table tennis,play baskeball and so on.

  To sleep well and have a good mood are very necessary.You'll need to persevere if you want to have a healthy body.

Good healthy habbit
Now ,more and more people pay more attention to the healthy ,good healthy habbit can make our body strong,it plays an important role in our life. If we want to keep healthy and what should we do to keep our healthy?
First,we should go on a healthy diet.Good balanced diet is very important.Many people prefer eating meat to eating vegetables,don't do it any longer.we should eat more vegetables,because vegetables have a lot of nutrition,we also should drink more water,a man need to drink eight glasses of water every day.
second,do exercise is a good way to keep healthy.In the morning,the air is fresher than ever time and many birds are singing in trees,this is a good time to doing exercise,we can run.play footable.swimmming and so on.
Third,Having a good rest is also important,we should go to bed early and get up early ,don't stay up,because it's harmful to us.
These are my advises.we can follow this to make our body strong,I think it's very useful In order to keep healthy,once we have made up our minds, no one can chang these.
