get out here没有褒贬义之分。
Get out here在口语中有以下两种用法：
1、用于本义，表示气愤或不耐烦等，意为：出去。如：
Get out of here! I won’t have you kids playing inthe yard!
快给我出去!你们这些小子不要在我院子里玩。
2、用于引申义，表示不相信，意为：别胡扯啦！别瞎吹啦！如：
A：Mr Brown offered me a thousand dollars for thejob.
布朗先生说要是我做干那个工作，他可给我1000美元。
B：Get out here. Nobody would pay that much moneyfor a simple job like that!
别胡扯啦！象那样简单的工作，没人会出那么大的价钱。
