A good day to you, my friend! And guess what I have been up to lately? Well, I have been body building a lot lately and find it a great thing to do. Firstly, all my muscles are more toned and they look really impressive. I feel stronger and more confident as well, like something has been lit inside my heart. That's why I strongly suggest you to do the same. We could be exercising buddies, how do you like that? I heard that because exercising increases your rate of metabolism, your body can be more energetic. Which means that you can have more concentrating powers when you study. See, exercising improves your grades as well.

Talking about studying, I reckon it is good time for both of us to put the hard yards into it. We are already seniors, and the university entry test is next year. That is not very far away if you ask me. We'd be wanting a good mark in that test, wouldn't we? I propose that we can study together, you know, have a study group. That way, we can help each other out and studying becomes a fun thing. And you must learn to be interested in what you learn. Try really put your heart into it, and do not reject what you learn.

I am worried about you because your brother said that you spend too much time on the Internet, and totally ignore exercising. That is very unhealthy, because by doing sports, our body stretches and grows. Therefore it is pretty vital in our lives. And also, why weren't you studying hard anymore? Being a student, spending enough time on studying is the most important thing! If you ever feel bored while reading textbooks, I suggest you mark down the important parts with some highlighters, because colors can really wake you up. And also, why not discuss the hard problems with your classmates? I am sure that things will be much easier and more interesting this way. Anyway, I hope you can really start spending time on sports and studying.
