2、除蜂蜜外,所有材料混合均匀,里外涂抹光鸡几遍。最好索性让它在大腌缸里,美美睡上3~4小时的大觉。

3、预热烤箱时,用烤箱配备的烤叉,把光鸡两端固定好,调到210度烤50分钟。有些烤箱的烤叉360度旋转,如果不是的话,大概10多分钟,上面金黄上色时,暂停烤箱工作,人手翻转下面朝上,继续烤。

4、看着整个鸡都差不多金黄时,记得蜜糖此时上场,把鸡从烤箱移开,全身刷刷一层,继续烤约3分钟。
