芒果性平、味甘、微酸,不仅含有糖、蛋白质、粗纤维等多种物质,还含有钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素,此外,还能预防结肠癌等疾病。
芒果因含三萜酸和多酚类化合物,体质弱者吃了会有不良反应,如皮肤瘙痒、疼痛,面部及口唇红肿,腹痛和腹泻等,过多食用会过敏甚至中毒。
芒果虽有副作用,但也不必谈芒果而色变。人们食用前,只要把去了皮、切成小块的芒果,放入淡盐水中浸泡过半小时再吃,不但能去掉副作用,还能使其变得别有风味。

芒果:不宜与大蒜等辛物同食
但生芒果一定要放熟了再吃~~~~~不然(芒果为漆树科常绿乔木芒果的果实,其成分中含有单羟基苯,特别是不完全成熟的芒果还含有醛酸,对皮肤黏膜有一定刺激作用。过敏性体质的儿童应该少吃或者不吃芒果,因为芒果中含有“单羟基苯”,容易引起儿童过敏。如果儿童出现过敏的症状,一定要及时到医院就诊,进行脱敏治疗。)
