1。 42c/+ draft at at sight for 100 PCT of invoice value showing this l/c no. and date of issue
2. clean air waybills showing freight preight ,consigned to applicant, notifying ...company 意思是不是情节空运提单，收货人为申请人，通知。。。公司？
3.when effecting payment ,our telegraphic transfer charges for usd50.00 or equivalent will be deducted from the proceeds.
+A discrepant document fee of usd80.00 or equivalent will be deducted from drawing if documents are presented with discrepancy(IES)
4.instruction to the paying/accepting/negotiating bank
upon receipt of the docments and the drafts in compliance with the terms and conditions of this credit.the reimbursement will be efected as per the nagotiating bank's instruction
the amount of each draft mus be endorsed on the reverse of this credit by the negotiating bank
all document must be send in one lot to issuing bank

42C 跟单：即期汇票，100%（PCT：percentage）发票金额，显示本信用证号码和开证日期

清洁空运单，显示运费预付（这里应该是freight prepaid吧？），收货人是开证申请人，被通知方是......公司。

这些都是信用证的特定符号，一般是在信用证中间位置，每一个符号都是表明某项内容，很抱歉的是，我很久没碰这个东西了，不记得每个符号的含义了。

指示支付/收款/议付银行在收到符合条件的汇票和此信用证的赔偿条件将按议付银行的指令, 必须由议付银行在此信用证背书. 所有文件必须一次性全部提供给开证行.

你写的好多错误,而且断章取义的很多. 前面的42c/+ ， 41d/+是信用证上的项目,相当于第几条第几款. 用空买一本外贸函电看看吧.
