不定式的否定形式

不定式的否定形为not to do，现在的问题是不定式还有进行时to be doing，完成时to have done，完成进行时to have been done，这些形式的否定形是什么？都是not to do吗？

完成时to have done的否定形式是not to have done
进行时to be doing 的否定形式是 not to be doing
以此类推。。。

正如动名词/现在分词的否定形式一样，也是在前面加上not的， 例如not doing sth， not having done sth
