英语现在进行时就是be + n.ing，这里be是be类动词，英语里他们的谓语一定是由动词组成的，有一般的行为动词，如sing（唱歌）, dance（跳舞）, drink（喝），还有就是be,be类动词包括am, are is.
am是在表第一人称单数I（我）的时候用的。
are是在表第二人称you（你，你们），第三人称复数they（他们）和可数名词复数的时候使用。
is用于第三人称单数it(它),he(他),she(她)和不可数名词及可数名词单数时.
be动词一般用于现在进行时,"be+n.ing"的意思就是一个动作的发出者+相应的be动词+动词的"ing"格式,这个表示动作正在进行.be动词还有别的用处,详细的见到了楼主再问吧

若句中没有出现be动词或助动词,则直接在句首根据时态加助动词.同时动词要恢复原形.
be动词:即am is are was were等.需根据不同的人称,时态而变化.
