You are right. The process is like this, A delivery company gets the product from Shanghai and ship to Hong Kong. The data about this transaction will only show on A company's website after the product arrives Hong Kong. I do not need to do the receipt, but only writes the name of the product and the price of the product on the delivery note.
What's happening now is probably because that A company hired another company to ship the product from Shanghai to Hong Kong and take over after the product arrives Hong Kong, so that they can decrease their expenses.
