1. My favorite season
There are four seasons. Spring, summer, autumn and winter. My favorite season is winter. Although it is cold in winter, it sometimes snows heavily then I can play with snow. I like have a now fight with my friends and make snowman. I also like skiing and skating so I often go skiing and skating with my friends in winter. What's more, I like the winter vacation and the Spring Festival. So winter is my favorite season.
I like summer best. It is hot in summer, but I can go swimming because I like swimming very much. When summer vacation comes, I often go to the beach with my friends and we always have a good time. Besides, when summer comes, there are all kinds of dicious fruit, such as, watermelon, peach and so on. So my favorite season is summer.
2.An unforget thing
Last Sunday I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends. We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Wall's history. They thanked us a lot and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.
3. My summer vacation
I had a busy and interesting summer vacation. I did my homework every day so I finished doing my homework ten days before the new term. I also played table tennis and basketball with my friends every day. I sometimes went to movies and went to the parks with my friends. I surfed the internet, read books and watched TV every evening. I visited my grandparents and helped them with the housework, too. I helped my parents clean the room and cook meals. The most important was that my parents and I went to Hannan Island and spent a week there. I really had a happy summer vacation.
4. The person I want to thank
want to say "thank you" to my English teacher. She is slim with a pair of glasses. She is kind and friendly. She is not only our teacher but also our friend. She helps me a lot with my English. A year ago when I began her student, I was weak in my English. She talked with my how to learn English well and the important of English. She also gave me a book about Enlgish. After class she often helped with my English and answered my questions patiently. She encouraged me and cheered me up. With her help, I made a great progress. Now I can learn English well and I can also take care of myself. So I should say" thank you"to my English teacher,Miss Li.
5。 My Family
I have a happy family. There are three people in my family. Of course I am the only child. Both of my parents are teachers. They work hard and like their work very much. My father likes sports and my mother likes reading. I am a middle school students. I like playing basketball and surfing the internet. On weekends my parents and I often go to the park and museum. I like my family very much.
