意思是:
1 主语是第一人称的时候，反义疑问词根据从句中的动词或情态动词来确定。比如:
I don’t think that you can do it, can you?
因为主语已经是I don't...否定了，那么根据从句you can do it 那么反义疑问词用can,前面否定了，最终用can you?
同样的道理，如：
We don’t believe that the news is true, is it?
2 口诀的中的“二三主”，意思是：
主语是第二第三人称时，疑问词根据主句来确定，例如：
She thought that he was the best student, didn't she?
