L/C will be opened before Nov.25,2010.

The delivery period has been changed：delivery will be during 6-8 weeks after receiving the buyer's L/C.

外贸信函宜简不宜繁。
开信用证就是open L/C，和中文一样。

the invoice time of LC is scheduled to be before November 25th,2010.
