This paper mainly expatiates the concepts and policies about the leader how to encourage subordinates, and in-depth analysis of the current situation of the leader and subordinate. From the publicity of incentive system and getting to know the enterprise employees to the control of employee behaviors processes and according to the evaluation of employee behaviors results and so on, all depend on determinate information communication, therefore, leaders have to do investigation in depth, and continue to understand the variation trend of employees' needs of hierachy and structure, then adopt some relevant spirit up measures. The position of "common vision " by the leader works though subordinates is difference, so that the employees in medium-sized and small enterprises how to carry out effective policy is the key to encourage or not encourage, as well as have driving force or not. Faced with current more and more competitive modern society, motivation has gradually become the common management style of manager, also is the effective measures to motivate the employees.
We realize that leaders are the main force effect of leadership over employees, and success or failure is depend on mobilizing the enthusiasm and cohesion of employees.
