suggestion 则多指经过思考的idea 或 plan，其实操性较强。
后接that从句（含表语从句或同位语从句），均用虚拟语气(should+v)。如：
My suggestion is that we should tell him. 我的建议是我们应该告诉他。
May I make a suggestion? 我可以提一个建议吗？
Most of the suggestions made at the meeting were not very practical. 会上提出的建议很多行不通。
