把控干水份的蒜放入备 好的瓶子里,再把备好的盐、红糖和白糖放入瓶子里的蒜上面。

把晾凉的陈醋倒入泡蒜瓶子里,用筷子搅拌均匀。陈醋的量要没过蒜为好,然后给泡蒜瓶子盖上盖子,放在一个阴凉干燥的地方。
