英语中时间的用法啊

Question

我准备中午给你打电话怎么说，是i'm going to call you at noon还是i'm going to call you this noon?
我们老师说用时间的时候不用加at，in什么的
但是我刚才在网上看见了这个句子：We arrived at the railway station at noon

能具体说说那些在中午，在下午，今天中午下午，昨天中午下午，明天中午
，还有在X年X月X日，X月，X日，X月X日，还有具体到几点几分的，等等等等。。
那in the afternoon，this afternoon这些东西，用什么时态？我们老师说in the afternoon是每天下午，用一般现在是，this afternoon是今天下午，看情况用时态

in加X年X月如 in May 、1989，on加X月X日 (直接写年月日后面写个逗号就行了，不写介词也没问题） in加月 ( 一般没有直接说几日吧? ) 具体到几点几分的 用at

at+时间点 如at noon / at daybreak / at this time of the year /at night /

in+较长时间 如年月周季节 in June,2008/in the afternoon/in the morning /in the summer/in the 21st century /in the end /in the recent years……
on表示特定日子用于表示星期几，具体某一天或某一天的早、午、晚或用在节日前 如on Sunday morning /on christmas Eve/on my return to China/
前面如果有every、this、that、these、those等不定代词修饰时前面不加任何介词。 例：I ate two eggs this morning(前面不用加介词）
