如果一定要用缩写的话，我的建议是HS(handset)比较专业,Handphone是中式英语.
Mobile就可以了，比如Mobile：135XXXXXXXX
Phone number 只表示电话号码,并不特指手机号码，
mobile-phone number 或者是 cell-phone number 才是手机号码的意思。当然,如果是缩写,可以写成 PN ,但并不特指手机号码。
