2.0 Indoor and outdoor decorations
2.1 Indoor decoration: ceramic tiled floor, plastering walls, the inner face of the walls shall be painted with coating materials. Light-duty steel keel, asbestos insulation ceiling, integrally mounted ceiling lamp.
2.2 Outdoor decoration: cement slurry plastering, the outer face of the wall shall be painted with coating materials, the doors and windows shall be made of aluminum alloys
3.0 All roofs shall be treated with heat preservation and waterproof layers.
(m) Area for constructions industrial parts should be proposed according to the technological requirements, all buildings shall be made of concrete floor with steel frames, floors to be treated with anti-corrosion paint or tiles according to the percentage of corrosion. Roofs shall be made of colorful steel plate materials
(n) Foundation works.
All protection of building and equipments shall be considered in the design. Designs of footing is according to soil investigation test as mentioned in paragraph 3.2 above

1. Basic Project Feature
Main features of Iraqi Raw Bentonite Clay Processing Plant are:
- Designed production capacity 75000TPY of sodium Activated Bentonite Clay
- Input raw material the Iraqi Bentonite Clay, as run-of-mine, which has the mineralogical composition and preliminary chemical analysis as follows:
The mineralogy composition is Montmorillonite, Palygorskite, Calcite, Gypsum, Dolomite, Apatsite and Quartz
The preliminary chemical analysis of Iraqi bentonite and the specifications of the montmoronolite are:
The class size of 100% minus 300 mm. with moisture content of less than 10%.
2.0 Site
Site should be cleared from any obstruction and leveled and all construction works shall follow the soil investigation report.
The factory location is sandy clay with dry and firm surfaces and this might be supplemented upon further information which means a complete soil investigation should be carried out later according to layout of the basic design. For the benefit here attach preliminary soil investigation of the nearby location just to have an idea about the soil behavior of the site.
