怎么写独立主格句？是不是两个不同主语的完整短句中间用逗号隔开就是独立主格句？

独立主格结构严格来讲不是句子，类似于分词结构。但是分词的主语和句子的主语是一致的，而独立主格的主语不一致。
比如：
seeing from the top of the mountain, the cars on the road are just like little ants.
从山顶看下去，公路上的汽车好像是小蚂蚁。
这就是独立主格的句子，其中seeing from thetop of the mountain就是独立主格结构，其主语应该是某人，一般认为是我。而句子的主语则是汽车。
再比如：
seeing from the top of the mountain, i feel good.
从山顶上看下去，我感觉很好。
这个就是分词结构，seeing的主语是我，句子的主语也是我。
