1.准备好材料冰粉粉一袋,20g包装的,我用了3/4,我用了650ml沸水(温度不低于85℃)

2.将沸水倒入一个大碗中,再将冰粉粉称出15g倒入沸水中快速搅拌1-2分钟,待完全溶解,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏,等待凝结
