Do youwant to be healthy?Starting the day by drinking a glass of water or orange juice,but no coffee or tea and no milk,please.
For lunch,do not eat any fried foods,perhaps with some green vegetables,is really good for you.
Don’t eat toomany desserts which contain cream,butter or chocolate.
For dinner,have some soup and bread .It is simple but delicious.
Drink water.It does not have any calories so you can drink as much as you can .
