都属于Homonymy（同形/同音异义关系），异同点见下面解释和例子；

Homophones（同音异义词：发音相同但是拼写和意思不同）:Words identical in sound but different in spelling and meaning. e.g. air,heir; bear,bare; dear,deer; pair,pear etc.

Homographs（同形异义词：拼写相同但是声音和意思不同）:Words identical in spelling but different in sound and meaning. e.g. lead/li:/ :v. guide or take; lead/led/: n. easily melted metal of a dull bluish-grey colour.

Perfect(Complete) homonyms（完全同音同形异义词：拼写和发音都相同但是意思不同）:It refers to the words indetical in sound and spelling but different in meaning. e.g. meet vt. to come upon or encounter; meet n. a meeting,gatering or assembling as for a sporting event.

为了便于理解，整理资料如下：
homo-前缀 pref. .表示"相同";"相等";"类似"
phone 音素
-graph后缀 suf. .表示"写的东西","书写工具"
