to 和from栏分别填上收信人和寄信人的邮箱地址，如需抄送给其他人，将邮箱地址填写在CC栏位即可。
Subject主题是非常重要的一环，内容应简单扼要，切忌含糊不清。格式上可以将实义词首字母大写，如 Letter of Application.
第二、主体部分Body of the Letter
主体部分可以分为：称谓、（问候语）、开头、正文、结尾几个部分。
上面三种正文格式都是可以的，大家可以根据自己的习惯选择一种。为了方便观看，每一段后面可以空一行。
