请教，国外（英文）SCI杂志论文投稿流程、格式和注意事项
我是研一学生，按老板要求准备投某杂志论文，最近几天研究投稿流程、格式和注意事项，因英语太菜，在论文格式和投稿提交资料方面还有几点没弄很清楚，于是在此请教！
一、论文和材料需要在线提交，有一段这么说：
upload the following items:
- a PDF file for review
- an electronic file of manuscript in either LaTeX or MS Word
- original art work in separate electronic files
Art submitted electronically is only acceptable as Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS) for graphics and MOV or MPG for movies. Self-descriptive file names such as fig1.eps and fig2.mpg are preferred.
第三点是说每个文件要提交单独的原版电子文件对吗，art和original art work什么意思？
二、save photographs in EPS format. In case of photographs saved in PICT format, a resolution of around 300 dpi is recommended.
上面说的是图片的格式，提交的时候要提交EPS格式的图片么？都是有什么工具可以查看保存EPS格式图片？
三、下面两句，看没看太明白...
（1）During preparation of your manuscript, remember that the minimum width of line that can be used for figures and photographs in the final published version is 0.1 mm. If using an application that does not allow you to adjust line width numerically, do not use the narrowest line width.
（2）Electronically produced photos should be saved on appropriate media for the relevant computer environment. Please note that extremely thin lines and half-tone dot meshing will not appear in the final publication.

2 其实photoshop 什么的就可以看，很多自己上去找找，如果是PICT格式的话需要300像素才可以。
3 在准备作品的时候，我们最后出版的排版是，全文（包括图片和文字）最小的行间距要求是0.1毫米，如果你用的软件不能改你的行间距，那么千万别用最小的行间距来排版。
特殊的电子照片应保存再相应的储蓄媒介里（要有适合的运行环境才能打开的媒介）。注意：很细的线和虚线将会出现在最后的出版中。
下面两句，第一句话意思就是说你做图的线条不能太细，最细不能少于0.1毫米，免得看不清楚，行距也不能用最小的行距。第二句话是讲，如果你的文章里面有照片之类的图的要求，要注意保存的格式，里面很细的线条和网点不会出现在最后的出版的版本中。
