烟草对人类的危害被世界卫生组织比作20世纪的鼠疫。中国是世界上吸烟人数最多的国家,吸烟人群逾3亿,男性为2.9亿,约有7.4亿不吸烟人群遭受二手烟的危害;每年因吸烟相关疾病所致死亡人数超过100万。

大量实验研究表明:吸烟可增高肺癌、口腔癌、胰腺癌、支气管炎、冠心病、高血压、血癌、膀胱癌、胎儿畸形等的发病率;可引起多种呼吸道疾病,对呼吸道免疫和肺功能均可产生不良影响,还会损伤血管内皮细胞,引发多种心脑血管疾病的发生与发展。

烟草的危害众所周知,有许多吸烟者深知吸烟对己、对他人的危害,也很想从烟瘾中解脱出来,但是由于种种原因,至今仍吸着香烟。下面就给下决心戒烟的朋友们6点建议:

1、认识吸烟的危害,树立信心下定决心一定能戒烟。

2、制定可行性计划,并告诉家人及周围的朋友自己要戒烟了,请别人监督。

3、在家里贴出标语,“我已戒烟,请别给我递烟,也请不要在这里吸烟,”提醒自己和朋友,将烟、烟灰缸全部丢弃。

4、开始就完全停止吸烟,想吸烟时,可稍候2—3分钟,嚼一片戒烟口香糖,或饮一杯茶水,或吃一些零食。

5、在戒烟的同时,饮食上要注意多食一些含有钾、钠、钙、镁等元素的碱性食品,如:瓜果、蔬菜、豆类、海藻食物、茶、牛奶等,这是因为吸烟者口腔中的酸性液体分泌较多,若食碱性食物,就会使烟瘾受到控制。

6、在戒烟过程中遇到困难时,可求助正规医院的戒烟门诊或请大夫用针灸或耳穴贴压法来帮助戒烟成功。

耳穴贴压法既安全、有效,又易于被接受,可用强刺激手法,每周贴压二次,一般五次为一个疗程。

长期吸烟者突然停止吸烟,可出现烦躁、焦虑,若有所失等戒烟症状,这是由于烟草内有害物质使人体成瘾所致,耳穴疗法能有效地解除这些戒断症状。实验研究表明:耳穴强刺激能够使人体释放内啡肽和去甲肾上腺素。耳穴贴压后,患者可出现对烟草味觉的改变,由口中“留芳”变为“苦涩”,吸烟量有所减少,直至厌恶吸烟,从而达到戒烟的目的。

总之,想彻底戒烟还是要靠自己坚强的决心和毅力。
