绝对正确!!但是有两点，你要注意：
1. 你必须完全在跟别人的口语对话中这样说出来，应为很多外国人都是这样说的，相当一部分英语在口语中根本不太究其语法。你的这个用法，英语国家的人经常这么用。

2.medium build 和averge height 一般不在一起用。因为medium huild 已经隐含身高的意思了。但是如果你想着重强调一下你的身高，也不是不可以。

语法正确的组合说法不一一枚举：
I have (the) average height and (a) medium build.
I am of average height and have (a) medium build.

build 和 height 都是可数和不可数名词，前面加不加冠词都可以。of 后面没有the和a
