人称代词分为I、 YOU、 HE/SHE/IT(具体的物或者他人）这三种，即我、你、他，I后面be动词用am，you后面用are，he/she/it后面用is,当然they、we这些复数形式是要用are的 I am a boy. she is a girl. it is a dog. you are cool. they are people. we are friends. be加ing形式，如果你是指的being，那么它经常用在状语从句中 如：being tired at work, he want to go home. 状语从句表示正在进行的状态,一般都要用ing形式，be在这样的状语从句中和其他动词一样都要用ing形式。 be+doing的形式，表示现在进行时，即现在正在进行的事情。 she is dancing they are laughing be用原型，后加doing的形式，是因为其前面有情态动词，can may must should could will等等，紧跟情态动词后面的动词都要用原型，be所以需要保持原型，后面表示现在进行的状态自然需要动词+ing形式了。
