从字面来看可以理解为“营销经理”。不过这个似乎不是指职位吧？似乎是描述商业学里面的一个行动或者动作。这个的负责人倒是被称为“Chief Operating Officer”
国外的网站有一点解释：
“The mandate of Sales Operations is to ensure the efficient and effective running of the day-to-day operations of sales.”
翻译：Sales Operations的策略便是确保日常销售的效率以及效果。
Sales Operation还有五个职能：
Data Capture 数据统计
Report and Query 报告与调查
Training 培训
Sales Tools 销售条件（的创造）
Commissions 委任（协调类工作）
