Kobe Bryant first started turning heads on the basketball court when he was in middle school. His talents dominated the game so much that high schools from all over the Philadelphia area watched him grow up. The almost six-foot tall seventh grader definitely had the make-up and genes for the game, as his dad was former NBA forward, Joe Bryant. Kobe developed his basketball skills under the watchful eye of his father, helping his mission to become a professional basketball player. He worked daily on his game, watching video, playing in the playgrounds and listening to his father.

When he entered high school at Lower Marion in Philadelphia, Kobe was a highly touted recruit. He proved that he had the skills and work ethic to be a star at the next level and the scouts noticed this. Kobe didn't let anybody down either, as he played on the varsity basketball team his freshman year. He wouldn't immediately be a superstar, though. Rather it was the countless hours of early morning workouts by himself in the gymnasium that escalated Kobe's talents.

Kobe became a better player every year he played at Lower Marion and soon enough, he had developed into one of the premier talents at the high school level. He sold out the games everywhere he played during his junior and senior years and he didn't disappoint anyone. He once packed the school gym so much that it caused a traffic jam on the main highway just outside the school.

He went on to finish his high school career as the all-time leading point scorer in Pennsylvania history with a total of 2, 883 points. Kobe's highly decorated high school career made him the 13th overall choice by the Charlotte Hornets in the 1996 NBA draft.

In 1991, the Bryants moved back to the United States.In 1996, Kobe Bryant graduated from high school directly to the NBA. In his first-round draft pick in the 13th by the Charlotte Hornets selected, the Hornets were transferred to the exchange of Los Angeles Lakers. Next year in All-Star Game he won the dunk contest champion.In the 1998 second season, he selected on the All-Star Game starting line-up, becoming the youngest All-Star players.with Six-time All-Star, and was elected in 2002 All-Star Game MVP.He created a dynasty Zijin with O'Neal, in 2000, 2001, 2002, seizing three NBA championship.After Shark went to the East , Bryant became the Lakers' unquestioned leader.Now, he was a better leader with team spirit and lead the Lakers into championship.I like that he said Love me or hate me, it's one or the other. I began to watch basketball when I entered senior high school ,that is to say ,I like Kobe Bryant when I was 15 years old. I was charmed by his talent for basketball at the first sight when I watch his match .

As a NBA player ,it is no doubt that Kobe is successful in his career .He began to devote himself to NBA when he was 18 years old ,from that moment to 2008,he has won 3 rings of champion ,and has gain 2 MVP reward .and he is the youngest player has gain 20,000 marks in the history of NBA .and so on.

And now ,what I want to talk to you about him is not the positive portion of his career but the negative aspect in his life .Every coin has two sides ,and Kobe is not the perfect man .There are as many people who love him as many people who hate him. Maybe you hate his active match; maybe you hate his arrogance and conceit .;maybe you hate his ambition for victory… No one has so many slanders than Kobe in the NBA history .He is always indentified as a man that is arrogant .a man of difficult access. And even a man that is accused of a .violator .

But for us ,the fans of Kobe ,we will believe his desire of success and stand by his side forever .We believe he will be the greatest player in NBA ..Like Makejiekesan has said “Kobe Bryant will go down as the greatest basketball player that has ever lived.

Now ,Kobe has decided to lead by example and become the epitome of a superstar in the NBA .He has set out a goal for his squad to win a championship .It is said that when great leaders talks ,everyone listens .when they walks ,everyone follows. And now ,Kobe is walking ,The Lakers are following!
