1、登录拼多多后台,在左侧菜单栏找到客服工具。

2、点击“机器人回复设置”,这里分两种,上面一种是“开场白及常见问题”设置,下面一种是“订单卡片自动回复”,先看开场白及常见问题。

3、点击右侧红按钮“新建问题”。

4、在“问题”后面的框中输入客户有可能询问的问题,在“回复”后面的框中输入要给客户的解答。然后按确定按钮。

5、确定后就看到界面上多出了刚才设置的回复信息,在其前面的小方框点击变成红色选中。选中所有要的回复语句,再点击下方红色按钮“保存并发布”。

6、弹出对话框,显示内容已被修改,确认发布至手机端吗?点击确定按钮。保存即可。
