After graduating from university in 2006, I was forced to put an end to my wandering days and come back home because of the immense pressure of finding a job. It was my good fortune that brought me upon this job opportunity at our company shortly after arriving home and made me a member of staff, for which I owe my gratitude to all our management leaders.
It's been two years since I started working at this company, during which time I've learnt a great deal about managerment and sales of a Western company. The thing that's moved me the most is the humane management style and the rightous and honest corporate culture, all of which make every staff member feel at home. It not only gives us support but also hope.
They say that people should always move upwards and that's why I felt so excited when I heard the news about the recruitment. It may be because I've been holding it in for too long. So much affection has been built up between me and this company that I love every inch of the place. Therefore I am willing to learn more in order to do a better service for the company. It's going to be not just an opportunity to test myself but also a chance for change.
