摘 要

我国西部属干旱荒漠草原区，水资源紧缺。干旱半干旱地区，降雨稀少且时空分布不均，蒸发作用强烈，生态环境脆弱。牧区生态水利是面对草原生态急剧恶化，在水利部党组新的治水理念指导下萌生、正在形成的新的治水理念，是生态学和水利学的有机结合。本文针对牧区生态水利可持续发展的原则分析地下水的影响因素，并着重研究地下水与人工草地面积及载畜量的关系，以高效利用有限水、草资源为基础，以生态保护为依托，提出可持续利用的草地面积和牲畜数量发展模式。
