suck，可以做及物动词，也可以做
不及物动词。
1、通常做及物动词的时候，直接加名词即可：
to suck the juice from an orange
2、做不及物动词，后面的介词可以用 at，或者on，意思是“含在嘴中吸吮”：
（1）The baby sucked at its mother's breast. 婴儿吮吸其母乳。
（2）She sucked on a mint. 她嘴里含着一颗
薄荷糖。
3、几个固定用法：
（1）suck it and see 试试看
（2）suck it up 逆来顺受，忍气吞声
（3）suck sb in/into 把某人卷入某事
（4）suck up to sb 巴结、奉承（某人）。
