英语句子中常出现的错误

准备考写作了，老师提前给了一些材料，说这学期的题型包括句子错误辨析题，以下是她给的几个错误类型的英文：
a. fragment
b. run-on
c. dangling modifier
d. homonym mistake
e. mistake in pronoun point of view

a: fragment 句子不完整（或作文不完整）
一般的叙事类作文都有开始-经过-高潮-结尾，注意的是 如果作文以 cliff hanger（即悬疑性的结尾） 来结尾很容易被误读成 unfinished essay, 为防止这种情况的话尽量不要用悬疑的结尾片段。

b：run-on (累赘式句子）
很多时候我们讲一件事情，比如说 the sky is blue,却花很大的篇幅来描写 I was ultimately impressed by the heavenly navy that painted on the curtain of the sky... 浪费太多不必要的篇幅，导致run-on sentences，却没切中主题

c：dangling modifier 垂悬修饰语
指修饰语在句中找不到逻辑上被修饰的对象。分词构造、不定式构造和介词短语做修饰语修饰句子时，易发生垂悬修饰现象。好像 Walking down Main Street, the trees were beautiful.‘及 Reaching the station, the sun came out. 两个句子看似可以讲通却非常让人费解到底作者想说些什么。

d. homonym mistake 同音,甚至相同拼写的异义词
如 stalk (part of a plant) 和 stalk (follow/harass a person),left (opposite of right) 和 left (past tense of leave).注意别让阅卷老师误解你的意思。

e. mistake in pronoun point of view 阐述观点时的错误
值得注意的是我们在阐述观点的时候（写作时）不要太笼统，避免sweeping statement（笼统的观点），比如说all Japanese are stupid, 这显然是不可能的。另外切题是关键，你的观点再怎么也离不开主题，不然就别想拿高分了。
