马尼拉机场要不要交离境税？网上说是菲律宾人才要交，旅游签证的不用，我上次去交了，求准确信息。？

希望大家明白，不知道是谁在误导大家，说从费率并离境需要交1620P的离境税，但是CEBU航空的说明说的很明白，是FOR FILIPINO GUEST。当然如果交了，也会照收，离境时出示护照告知海关人员，来渡假的，不是长期居留者。
还有一个就是CEBU的行李托运问题，CEBU也说的很明白，随身行李（CARRY BAGAGE）是免费的，去BORACAY和Caticlan10KG，其他地方15KG，托运行李不免费。
本人没去过菲律宾，这些信息是在CEBU航空网页模拟操作时看到的！
