逗号隔开的英语句子可以分别使用谓语吗？它们两个句子是否都完整？谓语动词在一个句子中只能用一次而且是不是只能用在有句号的句子里呢？比如，Maintain the universal peace,promote the common developmnt and seek cooperation and win-win result,一句中，逗号隔开的前后句用了动词，为什么后一句中and可以连接两个动词呢？

英语中，无论多少并列结构，并列连接词只出现在最后一个成分，eg
he is tall，smart and good-looking，形容词并列
he is short，his brother is tall and their sister is much taller，句子并列追问
