He is a friend of mine.是对的
mine是I的物主代词，他是我的一个朋友。
而me是宾格，，，my是形容词性的物主代词

he is a friend of mine比较对，he's a friend of my friend也对但是外国人不常用，mine 和 my 都是“我的”的意思，所以翻译成“他是我的一个好友”，而当中那句翻译出来就变成“他是我一个好友”并不通顺

He is a friend of me对，因为my和mine的汉语意思是我的追问

我记得我们老师说过He's a friend of mine也对啊
