The pace of city life is fast. The prssure on every city dwellers is high. The pressure could be from work, school activities, parents, peers, or money issue.
There are many ways to educe the pressure. We can listen to music, go to a nice movie, do some sport, practise yoga or even sleep. Some people may need to rely on medication to ease his pressure. This I think should be the last resort.
Personally, I would suggest doing a sport to relief prssure. After a hard day work, I would change to my running attire and head for a nearby park for a three kilometres jog. After the jog I would take another good and peaceful walk for 30 minutes before I go home for dinner. I will change the jogging location to add colour to my jogging track..
I also have a hobby to keep me relax, I collect stamps
