这个Dear Mary:
Hello, My name is Liu Dan. I am an eighteen year girl living in Da Lian, China. I would love to be your pen pal.
Frist of all, I would like to tell you a couple of things about myself. I am in my last year of high school. My English is ok. And I want to be an engineer after I graduate from college/university. I like to sing and collect stamps. So far I have collected more than three hundred different stamps, most of which are Chinese. I guess if we become pen pals I would be able to get some American stamps from your letters.
What about you? What are some of your interests? What's your daily life like?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Liu Dan
P.S. I've attached a recent photo of mine as well as five Chinese stamps. Hope you like them.

Dear Mary,
I received your letter yesterday and I understand that you'd like to meet a pen friend of your age. I'm happy to be your friend, and please allow me to tell you something about myself in this letter.
I'm eighteen-year-old and am a Grade 12 student living in Dalian China. I speak English fairly well and I would like to become an engineer upon graduation. As for my hobby, I like singing and collecting stamps - I have collected more than 300 stamps so far. Most of them are Chinese stamps though, and I'd love to collect stamps from America. I've attached five Chinese stamps and my recent photo in this letter.
I can't wait to know more about you. How is your life like in America? What about your study?
Waiting for your next letter is a torture to me.
Best wishes,
刘丹.
