The method learning English is not the only one way, which including intensive listening, writing a composition by seeing a picture and speaking with oneself on the place where there is no one, are all I'm doing.
尤其是中间which including·······, ······· , are all I'm doing。

如果要改，应该怎么改呢？谢谢🙏

有问题：
方法 method 不止一种所以要加 s；
……的方法可以用固定搭配 the methods of doing ... ；
如果 The methods 是主语，谓语是 are，那么 The methods 和 are 之间的就是定语修饰主语的定语从句，既然是定从，就要守遵守定从的规矩，learning English is not the only one way 很明显是另一个句子了，所以句子结构混乱了，就算改成 The methods of learning English are not the only one way, which including ... 也不对。
应该改成：
The methods of learning English including intensive listening, writing a composition by seeing a picture and speaking with oneself on the place where there is no one, are all I'm doing.
【 are not the only one way, which 】没有必要写，删掉就行。
当然，这只是改动，如果要优化润色一下可以改成：
There are many methods of learning English, including intensive listening, writing a composition by seeing a picture, or speaking with oneself. I often try these methods.
学习英语的方法有很多，包括加强（听力的训练）、通过看图片来写作或与自己说（英语）。我经常尝试这些方法。
