Embassy is ready to begin final processing of your immigrant visa application. To obtain the forms and instructions you will need to begin the application process, please visit the U.S Embassy `s web page at :http://japan.usembassy.gov and follow the links under “visas to the US”.” Or you can go directly to http://japan.usembassy.gov/e/visa-tvisa-ivinterviewcheck.html . There, you will find a list of all documents that will be required to submit at the time of your visa interview along with instructions and background information on all of the forms . please read this page carefully and click on all links to ensure that you have collected all the necessary form . Your applications will be refused if you fail to bring all required documentation .
Do not send anything to the Embassy. All required documents (including the medical exam and required police certificates) must be hand Carried by you to this office in the date of your interview. Your application will be refused if you fail to bring all required documentation. All documents not English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
