诗歌，是文学体裁的一种，形式较为多样化，可以吟咏、朗诵。朗诵是一种口语交际的重要形式和传情艺术，是朗诵者把文学作品转化为有声语言的再创作，再表达的艺术活动。诗歌朗诵就是朗诵者用清晰的语言，响亮的声音，优美的体态，引入的动作把原诗歌、作品有感情地向听众表达出来，以传达诗歌的思想内容，以引起听众的共鸣。
技巧

首先要避免"矫揉造作"。诗歌朗诵和其他文体的朗诵一样，要自然，决不可以做作。诗歌的感情虽然比其他文体来得强烈，但仍然是发自内心的真情流露。要朗诵好一首诗，首先要认真阅读，领会作者的感情。然后，努力地去引起共鸣，使自己的感受接近作者的情感。只有这样，我们的朗诵才能成功地再现作者的情感。听众听起来才会觉得"自然"。如果朗诵者并不领会作者的情感而只 是"估计"作者的情感，那就很容易失去分寸。失去了内在的感情基础，单单依靠技巧来支撑，听众听起来就必然会感到"做作"了。其实最重要的一点是要自信。

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exits in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20.
Nobody grows merely by a number of years, we grow old by deserting our ideas.Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next and the joy of the game of living.In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station:so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you've grown old, even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up to catch waves of optimism, there's hope you may die young at 80.

当天线倒塌时，你的精神就被玩世不恭和悲观厌世的冰雪所覆盖，你就会衰老下去，即使你只是20岁。而你的天线巍然矗立着的时候，凭着高昂的乐观主义，你就有希望在80岁死去时仍然韶华不逝。
