有，就是单独用：It has to be done!这必须完成；这必须做到。
如果是sth. have to be +过去分词，就是什么必须被怎么。

除了have to be done，“不得不被怎么怎么样”还可以说：
there is nothing sb can do to keep sb. from being + 过去分词
There is nothing I can do to keep me from being xxxxed.
同样也可以变换为I can do nothing to keep me from being xxxxxed.或者Nothing can be done to keep me from being xxxxed.本回答被提问者采纳

have to be done=必须要完成

不得不被一般都是用have to... by... 例如我不得不被你打=I have to get punched by you.

我尿裤子了，所以我不得不被别人嘲笑=I pissed in my pants, so I have to get laughed at by them.

There are a lot of problems have to be solved. 有许多需要（被）解决的事情。

其实这里已经暗藏了“不得不被怎么样”的说法。

Government wants to build subway in the city, so a lot of houses have to be destroyed first.
政府要在市里建地铁，所以许多房屋不得不先被毁掉。
