首先第一题，先把b排除，不管是谁在家都是be at home，其次neither...nor...属于固定句型，后面跟的动词随nor，这就不解释了。22题也是考的固定词组啊，这就相当于文言文中的之乎者也一样，需要平时积累的。。。23这种最难选择是因为单词大都意思相近，首先把最不符合的c给排除掉,因为它跟的是问题，其次看句意政府已经什么什么他们离开城市，这个我觉得只要答案选项里不是动词形式用错那很大一部分就是按照汉语习惯来选，这就难了因为并不是每个单词我们都知道它的所有意思的，还得靠排除啊，先把你知道清楚但是不靠谱的排除，大致就是a同意承认b也是承认容纳d允诺，我也好久没学英语了a选项我也不认识查的。24

21.Neither……nor……既不。。。也不。。。就近原则，看靠近nor的词，这道题是parents，是复数，且后面是at home,肯定用BE动词，只能用ARE
22.词组be thort of缺少。。。
23.A是允许，授予的意思，B是承认，B的意思比较勉强的允许，意思上A比较符合
24.as well=too，用在句尾，EVEN用在句首是可以的
25.would是情态动词，不能跟完成时啊
26.反义疑问句，前面否定，后肯定，选C
27.我们同意你的回答在最后一个，AT LAST是最后的意思，这里是最后一个的意思
28.他承诺明天肯定把自行车轮修好，without fail=successfully追问
