1、筋面与发酵粉和匀,在桌上开个窝,将精盐、食粉、臭粉、清水放在窝里合成软面团,把面团搓至起筋,用半干的湿布盖着。

2、15分钟后,在揉搓3分钟,又用半干湿布盖好,静置放在桌上等30分钟。

3、将面团搓成长方形,厚度1.3厘米,横切成9厘米宽的片件,竖切成2厘米宽的条。

4、将两条切好的面团叠在一起,用刀背轻压,用手提着面团两端拉长1/3,放在一般。

5、将油倒入锅内,六成左右的温度时候将拉长的面团放置锅中炸至两边金黄色,沥去油,即可食用了。
