The moment that I will never forget
Do you have any unforgettable moment in your life? Most of your answers must be “Yes”! Here I’d like to share a story between my father and I. It has changed my view on father’s love. I still cannot forget the moment until now. The story happened in an evening in summer when I was about 9 years old.
I had been engaged in doing the homework since I went back home in the afternoon. When I was going to write the composition, only to find the exercise book had been used up. I went to panic for the teacher was very strict and required us to hand in the composition the next morning. Looking through the window, I saw my father doing the cleaning in the yard. I was about to call him to buy me an exercise book, but I held back, because it was getting dark and I knew father was extremely exhausted after a day’s hard work. But what should I do? I had no idea.
A moment later, father came into my room as usual and asked whether I had finished my homework. I said nothing but the using up of the composition exercise book; however, I did not ask father to buy it for me. Then I continued doing the homework without paying attention to what father was going to do. It was suppertime when my mother asked my father and I to enjoy the meal. However, there was no response from my father. None of us knew where father was. We were all confused and had no idea why he was out: it was dark and raining outside. It suddenly occurred to me that he might go to the shop to buy the exercise book for me. I stood at the door and waited.
Some minutes later, I saw father running back in the rain without an umbrella. Before I could ask where he had been, he gave me a new exercise book. I was so surprised and moved that I could not say even a word, just looking at the raindrop dripping from his hair and imagining how he protected the exercise book from being wet.
After dinner, I went to write the composition. I wrote the title “My Great Father” carefully and sincerely in the exercise book. Later, the composition got high marks and was read in front of the class. Until now I still cannot forget the moment that I received the exercise book from my father’s hand.
It is not just an exercise book but his deep love for me. I used to think my father was careless and did not care for me enough. However, my thought has changed since then. In my eyes, he is a careful, considerate and great father!本回答被提问者采纳

1When I was a little child, I was so naughty that I always did something angry my parents. They always blamed to me, but I never listened to them. I thought they were too strict with me. But I changed in someday. My parents always told me to be careful when I went out. However, all I thought was they worried too much. On my way to take the bus home, there was a traffic light. That day, when I got to the cross road, the light was red, but there was no car crossed the road anymore. So I went across the road without the light turning to green. At this moment, a car rushed quickly towards me. I was suddenly scared, so that I couldn’t move but stood still. Luckily, the driver broke the car quickly and I did not get hurt. But I did scared. I couldn’t image what would happen if the car did not stop in time. I told my parents what I experienced. At first, they blamed me as usual and I knew I was wrong that time. Therefore, I did not say anything. They realized that I was frightened, so they comforted me patiently. I finally knew that all they said and done was good to me. After that, I was much more careful and I listened to my parents.
2My parents lives in the country.They keep a dog called Ah Fu.One day my parents went to work in the field and I insisted on going with them.Finally they had no choice but to take me and Ah Fu along.While they were working,I walked to a river nearby.Ah Fu followed me there.I was trying to picked a flower when I fell into the river.I couldn't swim so I called for help.Ah Fu barked and jumped into the water immediately.When my parents heard Ah Fu barking,they ran to the river.They saw Ah Fu swimming towards the bank carrying me.My parents praised Ah Fu warmly.It was our brave Ah Fu who had saved me.
Although it happened many years ago,I still remember it.I indeed thank Ah Fu from the bottom of my heart.It was one of the most unforgetable experiences in my life.
3 Few years ago, an unforgettable thing was happened in my life. It is a
terrifying experience.
The weather was very hot in summer. So my friends
and I am together to catch craft. I felt much feared and excited. I was
frightened for I was first catch craft. If I fall into river how can I do and I
isn't good at swimming. I was excited that I have a chance to catch craft.
Then I was very careful to stand on the craft with scared. But the craft
always ups and downs in the river and beyond my control. I was fallen into river
after a second I stood on it .I felt very afraid and was difficulty asking for
help that I would catch water as soon as I open mouth. At the moment, I thought
I would die and say goodbye to all people who I know. I was wet all my clothing
and always shivering after my friends help me escaping from river. My heart beat
faster than usual as well breath. I absolutely dare not believe that I can see
the sun.
When I remind of this matter, I feel I was very lucky. And I
think I was a lucky dog
